Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-intrusive healing technique; a holistic system for balancing, healing and harmonising the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Hands are lightly placed or hovered just above you, in a series of hand positions, to guide universal life force through the body, removing energy blocks whilst promoting relaxation and a state of homeostasis.

* For in person treatments, I work mobile and usually come to a clients house. If you’d prefer your treatment to be in a treatment room, please let me know on your booking for, I am happy to accommodate where possible.
